Hello. I apologize for taking so long to answer your question. As far as I know the nib size is medium. It is not the big bulky nib or pen (more for a woman). The inscription on the nib is "model 4810 - 14K nib and then 585 or 655, I have difficulty reading it ! I don't have any ink cartrige for it so you would have to order directly from Mont Blanc.You probably know that the price for a new one is now C$910 on the Mont Blanc website and not C$840.
