Monteau Black and White Midi Dress

This is a black and white vertical stripe midi dress with lace detail at the neckline and along the bottom. It has two layers so it is not see-through! It’s perfect for layering or just on its own. It was purchased for a school event but has not had any use since. The straps are adjustable.
