Monteau Green Floral Dress

A grey-green short sleeve wrap top floral dress with ruffle detail along the bottom of the skirt and the sleeve. I wore this to a summer wedding once and never wore it again. It’s lightweight, breathable, the belt can be worn multiple ways. On me it came to the knee (5’10”).
