Lovely navy and white polka dot knit dress. By Monteau, this marked medium dress is made of polyester, spandex and rayon. It has front angled pockets, 3/4 elastic sleeves and a belt. There is a slight stretch to the fabric. Perfect with tights in winter. In excellent condition. I bought it for myself, but decided it was just a little too snug on me.
