Monteau black mini dress with mesh and lace detail

Good used condition. Dress is like new except for a small tear in the mesh on the back of the dress near the tag (please see pictures). Otherwise great condition. Stretchy material and form fitting with a slight flare at the bottom. Size small. This dress is short! I am 5’9 and it’s borderline too short, would fit better if you’re average height or shorter.
