Monteau blue dress Size medium Polyester with polyester lining Two straps go on either side of the neck Scoop bottom Elastic waist Pit to pit - approx 17.5” not doubled Waist - approx 12” not doubled GUC - perfect except for one small hole caused by my depiller on front right side close to the waist, as seen in last photo. Also, the straps to hang the dress have been cut out.
