Monteau blue striped summer dress

Blue stripped mini summer dress with butterfly sleeves and criss-cross v-neck. The skirt part is double lined and the top single lined. Worn once for a photoshoot but realized it was too short for me. My measurements are Hips: 52inch Waist: 33in Bust: 38in
