Has two layers of crinoline under a long train zipper and hook backing size 16 true to size (as you can see it is loose on my size 12 mannequin) cool tone white color This will need to be dry cleaned, it's wrinkly from sitting in storage. Some beads missing as shown, but extra beads come with the dress for any repairs. EUC, no holes stains or damage can provide measurements
