Morilee Flutter Sleeve Chiffon Bridesmaid Dress, in Size 6

I paid $150 for this dress and another $100 to get it shortened (I am 5ft, 8inches). This dress is a bridesmaid Size 6, so likely more like a US 4. The seam of the dress is a little worn (from all the dancing and walking on grass). There is also a pull in the fabric near the bottom at the back (please see the attached photo - approximate length of a pen).
