Reposhing this item I purchased from @ashiinicole. Very cute piece, but when I got it and tried it on, while it fit it is a bit low cut on the top (for me) and as you can see from the photo is also has a romper type piece under the dress part. it can be worn as a very high cut dress or a longer tank top. I know that I won't wear this so reposhing so someone can enjoy it and find it a good home. It is in good pre-owned condition. normal quality for forever 21. it is missing a hanger assist strap. listing it at the price I paid for it measurements *p2p 15" but there is smocking in the back which expands quite a bit ( around 2-3 inches) *the length is hard to measure as the straps are adjustable bit I will measure it from the top of the buttons to the hem 17"
