Moschino Cheapandchic Kitten Heels Bow Peep Toe Flats, 39.5?

Shoes have tiny scuffs on heel part, other than that, I do not see any major damage. Shows light dirt. I can barely see the size tag, looks like it is 391/2, but pls.refer to measurement to be sure. Width is narrow.
