This is a Moschino Jeans forest green lace tie up oversized cotton vest. It’s a thick cotton with shoe lace type ties in the front and adjustable one on the back. It could be vintage. It’s got a peace sign patch on the back. It’s made in Italy. It’s tagged a US size 34 but I think it would fit a medium to large best. I’ve listed as a medium.
