This Mossimo black skirt has an Academia and Y2K feel. Pleated, simple, with pockets(!), and the tiniest bit of uniqueness with little metal studs surrounding the pockets. And you always know a skirt has some level of quality when it's lined, which also makes it more flattering (however there's still plenty of room to wear wear thigh shaping/anti-chafing shorts)!
