Mossimo shirt dress

Polka dot chambray shirt dress from Mossimo with two chest pockets and pearly white buttons. Note: buttons on the skirt are decorative, does not open, but the ones on the top half do open for easier wear. So sweet and cute, size XS measures approximately 13.5" shoulder to shoulder, 15.5" armpit to armpit, and 16" across the waist (fully stretched). Fabric is 100% cotton and has minimal stretch.
