- vintage M'sieu Leon Empress de Luxe cloche hat - this hat was created in the style of the 1920s and 1930s - the age of the hat is unknown but estimated to be from the 1970s or 1980s - original labels inside including a Canada Union Label with number "485144" - the M'sieu Leon label also says "Paris Roma New York" - marked "Imported" - in a lovely shade of soft tan - super soft felt brim with the crown similar to Kangol's furgora - leather accent pieces and bow - very good vintage condition; very clean and soft - no size tag - hat band circumference: 21 inches Note: I personally feel it is a women's medium but there isn't a size tag to verify
