Mudd ruffle hem cotton mini skirt with stretch. Fabric composition tag removed/no size (eat. Large). 17.5” waist (stretch to approx 19”), 13” length. It is a heavier cotton but lighter than a regular denim weight. Front and back pockets open. Worn 2-3 times. In very good condition.
