Never worn. Super expensive when i bought it overseas. 100% cotton coquette vibes perfect for the summer! Can be made into a BUBBLE bottom dress or normal FLARED (see first few pictures. Can tie the bottoms for bubble style, or untie into flared style) Can fit S to M due to elastic top.
