Multi colour dress

I’m 5’3” and it just covers my rear end. I’ve worn it as a dress but wearing shorts under would probably be the way to go if you wanna wear it as a dress. I’ve also worn it as a top with leggings. Super cute and flowy. Colours are super vibrant and fun! The material is pleated. I’m not sure what the materials are as I’ve cut off the tags. It is super soft though.
