This is a multicoloured chiffon mini pleated maxi skirt with elastic waist. It is a size extra large but the waist is very stretchy and the skirt is very full so it would fit much larger. Great for the fall with a pair of cute boots. The skirt is new without tags

@constance62 it’s a thicker chiffon not see-through and it’s accordion pleated so it’s not really fly away soft and billowy
