Multicolour necklace (NWT) and kitty anklet/bracelet

Necklace is new with tags , I purchased a couple years ago with a top but I never ended up wearing it. The little anklet is super cute with all the little stones in it. I actually don’t know if it is a bracelet or anklet, I’m sure could be worn both ways . It maybe made out of stainless steel as I’ve had it for many years and still looks new.
