Multi-textiled, Small, Very Poofy, and Really Fun Short Tutu and/or Petticoat

This poofy black tutu can be easily worn on its own to a festival, rave (do those things still happen? im so out of touch... and also i don't care, but anyhoo), or to the grocery store- undergarments with full bum coverage are recommended! OR it can be used as a petticoat, to give a blah-ish skirt an additional oomph, mid-century car club style. This micro-mini skirt has no tags inside to speak of its size or material content but is multi-textiled, with layers of none-too-fancy lace over layers of satin and has a pretty stretchy waistband that I think would fit an XS - M. No zippers or any other details. Could also be worn by a kid probably. Simple, versatile, inexpensive, cute!
