Murano Sommerso Cobalt and Turquoise Geode Glass Bowl​​​​

Murano Sommerso Cobalt and Turquoise Geode Art Glass Bowl. This Blown molded Bowl is from Circa 1960's on the island of Murano near Venice, Italy. This piece is not marked/signed as many of their pieces were not. It is congruent to several Venetian manufactures including Archimede Seguso, Galliano Ferro, Cenedese & Flavio Poli. This piece was created with superior workmanship by dipping the cobalt glass into molten turquoise glass colour before blowing the glass into this thick, heavy oval flat surface shape creating a visual of effect of a gemstone geode then Polished to high gloss finish. It measures 6 3/4" x 5.8" x 2.8" Tall. There are natural occurring imperfections as pictured + a small chip on edge also pictured. This Beauty is in VERY GOOD Preloved Vintage condition.
