Mustard Yellow/Chartreuse Dotty Flowy Top

I'm not sure if this is a men's or women's top, unisex style, vintage made in Italy. No fabric tag but I have a long sleeved version of this same top that has the tags so I will confirm. Mustard yellow/chartreuse colour - that favourite shade of sort of "puke" that's very on trend now and comprises like 50% of my closet. Black polka dots throughout. Great flowy style and perfect for layering or tying up for summer.
