Have the sleeves been shortened or are these 3/4 sleeves?

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. I don’t believe these sleeves have been shortened, but I wouldn’t consider them a true 3/4 either… they land just above the wrist on me as you can see in the pictures. Definitely a shorter sleeve compared to other blazers I have, but in my opinion, not a 3/4
