luxe_love_life @rhetal yes you can. You need to file a claim with Posh and explain that you just discovered you were sold a counterfeit item. They will do an investigation and will ask you to mail it to them and offer a refund. Remind them that you purchased with the understanding that Posh does not allow fakes and didn’t question it until recently and you don’t wish to own or purchase counterfeit items.
