My Little Pony the Movie Rainbow Dash Shadowbolt Figure Toy

This figure is pre-owned and in used condition. The hair on its head is very stiff, I’m not sure if it originally came like that. There are stains on it, especially on the front and back of its wings. Please see all photos for exact item. It is approximately 3” tall
