This is my family starting with the original Flo/Florence. Her children, my father, his sisters and brother. My mother as well who has no family but us. This is where I came from. This is my "about the seller" I'm not the kind of girl to get too personal or too close to anyone, it's just the way I am but Poshmark makes me feel like I can be me and I can do things that are not in my comfort zone. florence79I'm not a model, LOL, by any means. Cameras make me nervous but here I am modeling and gaining confidence because I get so much sincere compliments from women who encourage other women to be beautiful. I'm usually hated by women for my looks, (as cliche as that sounds) I'm usually the one that the GF's of any guy I meet hates for no reason except that I'm pretty. I actually don't think of my self as pretty, i think of myself as different. I believe beauty moves, it cant be captured in a photo. its just an image that is nice to look at. But here I feel nothing but love. I'm not a sales person but yet I'm selling and it's to good women not customers who treat you like there retail slave. My grandmother taught me to be strong, be smart, be beautiful, but most importantly don't waste those characteristics. Here on Poshmark I feel like I can be all those things and be successful because of it and that I can do it for a good cause. I believe that cause is bringing women together who create a meaning to each others lives while making money to survive or just buying clothes from women that makes us feel good about ourselves. Lets face it, a great pair shoes makes a world of difference in a women's life, our strides become more confident with every step we take in those shoes, our beauty we feel in that pair of shoes gives us the confidence to do whatever we put our minds to. It's true. Men think we are crazy for having so many shoes. We don't have too many shoes, we just have plenty of options to feel our best in order to do our best in style. Whether its a pair of sexy Zara heels or a pair of combat boots. My father taught me "if your not going to do it right, don't do it at all." I applied those words to Poshmark and am trying my best to do it right and I found something I'm good at. And on top of that i was givin the opportunity to be my own boss. My aunts taught me to be creative, be smart and apply those things and again, I can now because of Poshmark, as my own boss. My uncle taught me to be silly and have fun and don't let anyone bring you down. Another quality I can apply to my business because of Poshmark. They let you be yourself. Be you, be the best you you can be. Be smart, be silly, be beautiful, be kind. BE YOU. Stay true, make your family proud in everything you do, and most importantly make yourself proud. Your beautiful! My family story: My grandma Flo and my Grandfather Fred owned a neighborhood deli and grocery store in Asbury Park NJ and was the community Mecca, for sandwiches, trash bags and cleaning supplies, or candy for the crew of children that came in everyday for their daily needed supply of Charleston chew. When they sold their deli and retired to Naples we followed and my dad followed literally in his fathers footsteps and we opened a daddy and daughter deli called the "bagel shop" we survived 11 years had every old Jewish couple in Naples hanging out at our deli talking stocks and eating their bagel and shmear with a cup of coffe. We were the place to be if you we're a local. We were more then a deli, our customers were family. Anytime a grandparent passes away the children would stop by to mourn with us over (you guessed it) a bagel and shmear and a hot cup o coffee. We were forced to sell the deli to a corporate company cuz we couldn't afford it anymore. It was a sad day but when one door closes another one opens. Poshmark opened that door. I feel like I have regained that sense of community I had with me and my fathers deli. So..... Here I am, a Jewish girl with too many clothes and too many reasons not to thank Poshmark. And Jen, again with the inspiring. You inspired me to pour my feelings out again and I don't usually do that. Thank you. I could never have said how I really feel if it wasn't for you breaking the seal so to speak.

I told her how bummed I was because I had always thought mass tagging wasn't allowed and then another suggested posh user told me that if you are spreading word in regards to supporting other Poshers/posh events that it was okay and even welcomed! Obviously she was wrong! I'm so sorry. I am actually really upset that I was given wrong information only to find out AFTER I've tagged a bunch of people! I actually do Facebook marketing for local businesses and used to be a visual merchandising manager for a big department store so I apply that knowledge to my closet to work for me instead of someone else's business. And it's funny you say I should teach girls on here cuz I used to when I first found Poshmark.

So I started a Poshmark tips blog called "Poshmarktips" or Poshmarktips.com. It's not live anymore because I had to go away for two years due to my health, but I was gonna start it up again soon.

I had tips on how to style photos and what photo edit apps to use. I started a poshmarktips FB page also and that was also right before I took a leave of absence. Need someone to run it for me because I still don't have the time. I was gonna recruit some girls that I'm good friends with to run and organize it this week.
