My Sustainable Fashion Journey ✨

Hey thanks for stopping by! I recently participated in a campaign that got me motivated to share more of my story! My passion for sustainable fashion began early on. My mother would take me to the children’s consignment shop where she’d worked during the day, and I’d hang out in my baby carrier while she priced and tagged everything. Naturally this led to her bringing home lots of cute and vintage finds, which she would dress me up in 💕 By the age of five, I had a treasure box full of sequined dresses and clip on earrings. Playing dress up was my favorite past-time. It came as an art form and self expression for me. It’s always been important for my adornments to be a reflection of the creativity that I harness within my being. I was always thrifting as a young adult & loved the thrill of finding something unique. This pursuit led me to Reno to work for a vintage & antique shop called Junkee Clothing Exchange. There I worked as a personal shopper creating outfits and costumes for shoppers and events around town, as well as festivals like Burning Man! This experience lended to my passion for quality and all things fun & unique! I now live in Oregon and have settled down with the love of my life to start a new journey, raising our kids. Over the years, Poshmark has helped me stay connected with my love for sustainable fashion. It wasn’t until this year that I began taking my ability to resell seriously. (I’ve only consigned hundreds of items!) If only I started sooner!
