theluxrewind …with intentionally flexible canvas front panel & accordion ends, so you CAN fold front inward until the tops meet up & you close the lid & lock in place with buckle strap making sure you turn locking lever down. Very much like a Birkin bags angle in sides to meet at cinched in top like a triangle more not a 90degree straight square & ( not a warp as it’s designed this way :) I think you were thinking it was square hence working agianst the way it closes
