purplepink22770 @tlgehris hello I am having a problem with one posh gal that I see you had pretty much the same problem,about a bracelet...she likes to argue!!!I've put it in poshes hands she purchased a solid gold rope chain from me and I'd now trying to argue the it's not 14kt ,when I know 100% it is she even took a picture of the clasps clearly showing 14kt .I was looking through her sales and I'd seen you situation..I see
