Mysterious Package Company The King in Yellow Hooded Statue Chambers Flaws

This figure is pre-owned and in used condition. There is a chip on the bottom side of the figure, and there is also a chip on the tip of the long piece infront of the face. The piece on the top of the head does have scuff marks as well. The base of the figure has some red marker on it. Please see all photos for exact item.  The figure is approximately 11" tall and the base is about 5" wide.
