bbrmorgan can you take the actual waist measurement? 31 is the tagged size. N&F do not fit true to size.

theresavohanka @bbrmorgan 31 is the actual waist measurement that I took. I have added a photo of the FLAT lay waist measurement to listing- it is 15.5 inches. Given your understanding of N&F fit, I would suggest that you do not purchase these if you are uncertain a 31 will fit you. All the best!
