Could I get a better photo of the pants? I'd like to see if it would be possible to remove that belt I sort of see. Also, are the pants pleated or just wrinkly?

@caishthompson the pants are pleated only at the waist and the belt is removable. I will add another photo, and let me add that the pants need to be steamed or ironed.
