NEOS Overshoe Boots

I believe they're considered size XL. Posting for my husband, he has a size 9.5 foot, and they had room to fit a couple sizes bigger or a bit smaller size of boot. Works great to keep work boots dry when working in sloppy/slippery rainy and wet conditions or going in and out lots when leaving your boots on is required. Only used a handful of times before receiving a new pair. Missing a couple of cleats, which are just screws so easily replaceable.
