*NEVER WORN* ASOS V-Neck Midi Dress with Tie Waist and Puff Sleeves

This "Influence" branded brown midi dress has a low cut v-neck, a tie belt, and cute puff sleeves. Purchased from ASOS but never worn. A couple of loose threads, wrinkled from storage. Tag size says "24" but not sure if that it US or UK, so refer to measurements for sizing. Measurements flat: 21" waist , skirt is 30.5" long
