NEVER WORN Blue Sparkle Party Dress

This dress was NEVER WORN. I got it a while back but never ended up wearing it because it didn’t really suit my stocky shoulders. Recommend this for someone petite. The dress is beautiful, and very comfy. The sparkles on the outside add for a nice shimmering touch! There is a soft silk interior lining so the sparkle material is not abrasive against the skin. My favourite part is that when you spin the dress flies out and it’s so fun and looks very elegant, you could even go salsa dancing! 😉💃
