NEW Art deco statement ring

Clearing out a family member's jewelry. This ring was bought in Toronto in the late 90s, but never worn. Is this vintage now?! Fun fact: Oprah was wearing a pair of Lia Sophia earrings on the cover of "O, The Oprah Magazine" in 2011. The company ceased operation in 2015. The ring is a size 7 and is new with tags. Too big for me (I wear size 6), but shown on my finger for general size and look. Gold tone metal has a weathered look, and the glossy black enamel and large crystals really stand out.
