NEW Black Velvet Turtleneck dress with side slits

Black turtleneck dress with side slits. Velvet/velour soft material with black vertical line design in the fabric. Never worn. Size large, but fits closer to a small/medium, except the arms are really long. Side slits in both legs. Comes to mid thigh (I am 5’3 for reference)
