genevieverivard Hi, I am writing to you because I made two order from you with two different email adress for the same product, the Bourjois Powder. The first one was on january 27 and I received the product but my second one, I made the purchase the next day, on the 28, I never received it. When I try to go see and track my order it says error 404 page not found. I looked at my visa and both of them were charged. I tried to write to you an email but it says that you cannot received email.

purplebunny99 Hi @genevieverivard I saw you ordered the exact same thing to the same address and thought this was a double order mistake. I messaged you at both accounts and haven't heard from you, I contacted Poshmark Support and they said I had to wait for you to contact me. As far as I know, I have not been paid, it's still pending. If you want, I can ship it to you since I still have the shipping label, but I think you should contact Poshmark Support and re-explain.
