Everyone has a different perception of item quality, thus I leave it up to the buyer to decide item’s condition. Although item is new, it’s possible that there might be thread pulls or stains. No filters have been used in my pictures. I use disinfectant spray on my items, you may still be able to smell its fragrance. I also put a sheet of scented fabric softener in the shipping box to repel insects. As well, your item might arrive wrinkled due to the packaging.
