Brand new with tags Adam's & Co. Christmas stocking. For those who prefer minimalistic/simplistic/neutral decorations, it is white with subtle black stripes and polkadots. Canvas material and lined with white fabric. The attached wooden snowflake ornament is a bit more "shabby-chic" (see pics of scuffs to prevent disappointment). I purchased it this way at Homesense, as I felt it wasn't noticeable (backside mostly) and matched the rustic twine bow used to attach it. Ornament can easily be removed if not your style.
