@royalcityluxe hi, I think they fit pretty true to size. I wear a 10-1/2 to 11 and I didn’t try very hard to put them on as I didn’t want to damage them, but I think they would have gone on if I wanted them to. I can ask my friend who wears 9-1/2 to try them if you want and let you know what she says.
