NEW Floral green button down dress

Brand new (in packaging) green dress with a white floral pattern and functional buttons going down the front 3/4 length sleeves have small elastic band to keep them in like The bust has beautiful v-neck with pleating but unfortunately is not large-chest friendly Measures nearly 17" laying flat across the bust, and approx 51" long (shoulder to hem) Fabric is fitted / not stretchy *Tag says XL but it fits more like a Medium & thus categorized as such
