neworgentlyworn Hi Hannah: Yes, the dress has stretch and the bodice mesh has even more stretch. The bodice mesh is designed to allow for flat chested or well endowed. The measurements are as follows: Bust 35", Under bust 29", Waist 32" and Hips 36" but I can tell you that the 6 fits me and my hips are 38 at the moment. You can also send me your measurements. I will accept exchange.
