NEW Jane + Delancey Lace Flower Collar Vintage Style Midi Dress

This is a very unique, almost vintage style dress. Puff sleeves and a very delicate flower lace detail collar. I wanted it so badly to work for me but the length is not normally something I go for. The pattern is like a pinkish brown check. Skirt is lined, it is not see through. Brand new with tags.
