Fantastic flattering dress! NEW WITH TAGS. My loss is your gain! Could be worn to a party, wedding, or on a tropical vacation. Bought for a trip we never took and now its too small for me. It's a size x-small and approx. a size 2-4. Waist is approx. 13" across and stretches to 17" across. From pit to sleeve cuff is 11.5", but could sit higher on the arm because the cuff is elasticized. length is 32.5" on front and 40.5" in back. It's lined, which is always a good thing! The skirt lining is mini skirt length and is approx. 20" across the hip area. The sash can be tied in front. It is also long enough to tie i to a bow. It can so be worn without tying it around the neck (as shown in the photos). Bought, to the side or in the back. The colour is a bright light red and white. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
