NEW Mexico white cotton dress with black flowers L

Brand new! Super cute for summer or travel. Purchased on a trip to Mexico but just never wore it. 100% cotton. Beautiful ruffle details along the busr, and a high low shark bite style hem. Measurements under the bust is 14.5” across and back elastic detailing has some stretch to it for more give in this area. Armpit to armpit along back is approx 16” Measurement down the back of the dress from approx bra strap area to the longest part is 38”(see pics to see where measurements were taken from)
