NEW Soft & Warm Navy Blue Cardigan

This cardigan is super warm and soft! It's a bit on the thicker side and would be nice for the winter or fall. I've never worn it, only to show it off for the photo. It's navy blue and white, however the navy doesn't show very well in the photos. Size XS!
