@jboskovi they are 3.5 inches on the inside and 4 inches on the outside, but the sole in 1 inch thick.

@simplementjoany Steve Madden runs a half size small! I always order half a size up. I wear a US 8. They are size US 8.5 but fit like a size US 8. Hope that helps!
