Purchased for my husband, but this is a cut for a slim man and runs small. Could not return it as it was on sale. It is marked a 46R but 44R is more appropriate. I will get some measurements posted shortly. Perfect new condition, tag attached. JACKET ONLY! Incredibly lightweight and smooth wool with satin details. Really really elegant. James Bond would approve! Measurements: Across the back, at the narrowest point from sleeve seam to sleeve seam: 19" Top of shoulder from neck seam to sleeve seam: 5 -7/8" Across the chest at the narrowest point between sleeve seams: 15" Sleeve length from underarm seam to hem: 18.5" Length from back neck seam to hem: 30.75" Happy to provide any further measurements you need.
